Join us for a class lead by certified yoga instructor Colin Singh.

Colin Singh has been a yoga teacher in the lower mainland for over fifteen years. Through yoga, he was able to overcome many lifelong health issues including obesity, skin issues, and knee and back pain. It is his hope to help others to find health benefits and peace of mind through their own yoga practice.

75 Minutes: This class should ideally be done in a warmer room, not necessarily hot (hotter the better though!). This class entails the full original hot yoga series, half performed standing, and half performed on the floor.
