Evening Yin Yoga

Unwind and release the stress of the day with our Evening Yin Yoga class. By stretching and applying gentle pressure to the connective tissues, the class aims to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility. A meditative approach encourages mindfulness and deeper relaxation.

Perfect for soothing the mind and inviting tranquility after a busy day.

Liv has been teaching yoga since 2019. She took her 200hr in Baja Mexico through Yandara Yoga Institute and her 300hr through Cathy Madeo Yoga in 2021
