1 c brown sugar
1/3 c butter, melted
1 c raisins, craisins or currants
1 egg
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
½ c walnuts or pecans
1/3 c creamo
12 tart shells (follow directions on package to prepare)

Boil water and place raisins (or other) in bowl and pour boiling water over. Let sit until raisins plump up with water. Drain and add remaining ingredients to bowl and blend well with fork.

Pour into prepared tart shells and bake at 350* for approximately 15 minutes or until crusts are golden. Be careful not to overbake.

This is one of my family’s favorite holiday treats.
